THE BASE PACKAGE
The place first.
Add only what you need.
Groups & Events costs SEK 7,500 for 1 day or SEK 9,000 for 2 days. The base package gives you the private gathering area; accommodation is not automatically included.
This model lets smaller and larger groups choose the right level without paying for rooms and extras they will not use.
ACCOMMODATION
Price per unit.
Not per person.
Lillstugan
SEK 1,500 for 1 night or SEK 2,500 for 2 nights. The cottage sleeps six.
The main house
SEK 8,000 for 1 night or SEK 10,000 for 2 nights. The house sleeps nine and provides indoor shared spaces.
EXPERIENCES & WEATHER PROTECTION
Add-ons with fixed prices.
Badhuset costs SEK 4,000 for 1 day or SEK 5,000 total for 2 days. Groups of 1–15 can book it as a standard add-on. Badhuset is best suited to groups of up to 15 people. For groups of 16–25, booking may be possible only by agreement and after assessing the intended use. Smaller groups and separate times or sessions can be discussed and must be approved by us before the booking is confirmed. Badhuset cannot be booked for events with more than 25 people. This capacity limit also applies if the group is divided into smaller groups or separate sessions. The 7.5 × 10 m stretch tent costs SEK 9,000 per event. The approximately 6 × 6 m canvas shelter costs SEK 3,500 per event. Other needs are agreed in the quotation.

Group size, optional extras and cleaning
Groups & Events can be booked directly for up to 20 people, with no additional event/operations fee. Groups of 21–40 must contact us first. Normal maximum event capacity is 40. Groups of 41–50 are considered only by special request.

The fee is added to the base price and includes additional sanitation/toilet facilities, increased waste and recycling capacity, final cleaning and basic resetting of the booked event/glamping area. It is not a security deposit.

- Full departure service: +SEK 3,500
Full departure service is available only for Groups & Events/glamping-area bookings of up to 20 people, without the main house/whole estate. It is not available for whole-estate bookings. Linen/towels and bed-making are separate optional extras.
Cleaning and an orderly departure
Normal basic cleaning of the event/glamping area is included in the base price. For groups over 20, final cleaning is included in the mandatory event and operations fee. Guests still follow the checkout list: wash dishes, take personal belongings, sort waste and return furniture and equipment as instructed.
With full departure service, we take over most normal departure tasks, including dishes, linen/towels and more of the tidying and resetting. Personal belongings and externally hired equipment must still be removed, waste handled as instructed and damage or spills reported.
Exceptional dirt, damage, confetti/glitter, broken glass, excessive waste and external installations left behind are excluded and may be charged separately.
The main house is an add-on, not a separate package
Add the main house to Groups & Events: +SEK 8,000 for 1 night or +SEK 10,000 for 2 nights. Your group then has access to the whole estate’s shared areas. Other accommodation is not automatically included; choose it separately for the nights you need.
