To ensure that all our guests enjoy a memorable and harmonious stay, we kindly ask you to follow these

house rules:

Respect Nature:
Please treat nature and wildlife with care.

Do not leave any litter in nature. Waste disposal must follow the instructions provided on site.

Sort waste correctly and use the designated waste stations.

Open fires are only permitted in designated and approved areas.

Disposable grills and fireworks are prohibited.

Peace and Noise Levels:
Music played through speakers, microphones, or amplifiers must be lowered outdoors after 11:00 PM and completely turned off outdoors after 12:00 AM.

Indoors, in the bathhouse and tents, music may be played at a normal volume until 2:00 AM.

All music played through speakers must be turned off indoors no later than 2:00 AM.

The focus should always be on calmness and respect for nature, wildlife, and distant neighbors. When in doubt, keep noise levels low.

Wildlife and Neighbors:
We are located in a living natural environment where wildlife is active during the evening and nighttime hours.

Please be considerate of both wildlife and our neighbors in the surrounding area.

Avoid shouting, loud voices, and disruptive activities at night.

Damage, Safety, and Responsibility:
If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately.

A security deposit is required and may be used to cover any damage or abnormal wear.

Guests are responsible for treating the area, buildings, and furnishings with respect.

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

Swimming, sauna use, and staying in nature are at your own risk.

Corporate and Private Events:
For private events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, corporate events, or stays for larger groups, special prices and conditions apply.
